I left the hotel few minutes after checking in. Because the room I was given was filthy. I sent compliant for my refund and still haven’t heard a word. Though I didn’t spend a night there, they still charged me and took three nights money from me a total of $890.65. I need my full refund.

We had an extended stay at this Residence Inn. I must say the staff made it a great visit. The breakfast was hot and ready each morning. The room was clean and fresh. But most of all, Chyna, the supervisor was awesome. When she was on duty which seemed like always, Chyna greeted us with a smile. It is so refreshing to see someone enjoy their position and treat clients so nicely.
