Upon check in on Thirsdag, I asked for a late check out on Sunday. I was told to check back on Saturday. I asked on Saturday, they said they were already used up for Sunday late stay. I asked how if I asked upon check in? No answer. Friends of mine asked and were told they couldn’t ever get late check out and booked room another night. I asked Sunday morning at 6 am and was told they were already taken again and that there were 12. Which is different than the 4 I was told on Saturday. Meanwhile friends called down Sunday morning and got a later check out We are a big swim team that routinely stays at this hotel. There are a lot of guests. Some accommodations should be made for late check out

Reserved a handicapped room from Expedia. Got the reservation wrong. Ultimately told that the shower in that room was broken. I was compensated for the mistake. Overall, the property needs an overhaul. Staff was excellent.
