Place was clean, comfortable and room was large. Door deadbolt didn’t work so I had to rely on the flip over door brace for my peace of mind reinforcement. They did have quaint little carry out snack bags at customer service on my way out. That was a nice touch! Friendly staff!

I do not like the recent redecoration: the gray walls in the room and hallway are dark and depressing and the hard surfaces make sound loud, noisy and echoing. It used to feel warm and inviting; now it feels cold and up uninviting. Breakfast is still pretty good though.

I thought everyone was nice why I didn't really eat much of the breakfast. It was a nice spread. The coffee was hot and good every morning. It was clean so my biggest complaint was the hallways and stuff were absolutely freezing. Everybody was complaining about that. Like they didn't have heat in the hallways and stuff.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was not as good as it used to be though. Would be better if they had regular eggs again instead of western omelets. Less options overall and we got there early so it's not like things ran out.

upon checking, there was no front desk in site. it turns out the check in person was outside smoking... I had to go look for her after a guest told me she is seating outside.. Interesting check in process.. she was very short and abrupt with very little information.
