It seemed like most occupants lived at the hotel. Heard a fair amount of yelling, people crying in the elevator, and on the first night someone was sleeping in the lobby. Room was mostly clean, seen a few dark hairs in the bathroom. Bed was clean but pretty firm.

Melba at check in was amazing.. She had patience with me after finding out about the incidental deposit that was not shown on the 3rd party website!! After a long day driving I had to pay it as the room was paid for and it was late. But again Melba understood my frustrations and calmed me down and that’s how service should be

There was no kitchen utensils or anything. You have to ask for stuff. I requested a room for 4 persons I had to go and get my own bedding. Not a pot or plate was in the kitchen. .The point about staying at that type of hotel is to have the convenience with everything in it.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. It is not a smoke free facility. Room 306 was filled with cigarette smoke residue. When i walked in, it was so bad, I could taste it. The carpet and furniture were filled with cigarette burns. The bedding and curtains were dirty. The front desk clerk was rude and told me there was nothing she could do about it because it is a smoke free facility. I have asthma and cannot be near cigarette smoke or residue. I stayed in room for a 1/2 hour, had an asthma attack and left. My clothes wreaked of cigarette smoke.

The hotel was not as expected. There were no extra pillows or blankets. We had room for 3 people with 3 pillows and just one blanket. While I understand that this was an extended-stay hotel, however, that is not acceptable for a hotel and reservations for a family.

It smelled as you soon you walked in. Random people who lived there that seemed unwell who creepily talked to us. The room smelled. The fridge was rusted and not cold. There were oil stains on the cabinets. No dishware but we had a kitchen. We couldn’t get new towels unless we waited for our old towels to be washed. Didn’t have a stock of toilet paper and had to get more. Dirty. Gross. Would never recommend.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! I was here for about 2–3 weeks and every day I was met with kindness, cleanliness, and outstanding service. The staff is truly what makes this place special. Melba was always so sweet and welcoming — her smile and positive attitude brightened my mornings. Adrienne, the manager, runs a fantastic team. She even reached out personally to make sure everything was going well, which shows just how much they care about their guests. From the fresh-smelling hallways to the well-kept rooms, everything was consistently spotless. I also had a great experience connecting with other guests during my stay — it felt like a little community. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, care, and a staff that genuinely goes above and beyond. Would absolutely return!

I had a wonderful extended stay at this hotel and truly felt at home. Every staff member I encountered was kind, professional, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Melba — she is so sweet and always had a warm smile that made my day. Adrienne, the manager, deserves major credit for leading such an amazing team. She made sure I was enjoying my stay and followed up personally, which speaks volumes about her leadership and the care they put into guest experiences. From the fresh, clean hallways to the helpful front desk staff, everything was top-tier. I highly recommend this hotel — 10/10!

Would absolutly stay here again

Staff were amazing. The only thing that i wish I knew going in was that the name on the card your using has to match your ID so it made it a little frustrating to check in as we had to transfer money around to make sure we had a card that matched our id.
