The hotel had a power outage when we stayed there no AC, no TV no electrical outlets and no hot water. The front desk was like oh well we're working on it. No estimated time of fixing it. This was really disappointing since it was so expensive.

No bottled water available. The only dispenser was in the lobby and was not cold. Very small set up with limited cups. No trashcan to throw your cup away. It was hot in the hotel my entire stay. Elevator was not working in the lobby. Had to take the steps or walk to the back of the hotel to take that elevator.
