This is a convenient location when passing through, right off the freeway and away from the Spokane traffic. It seemed clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fine as far as continental breakfasts go, and the staff was friendly.

Overall the hotel was clean, in good shape and had a good breakfast. One issue is keeping me from giving it the highest rating though. When we checked in, the front desk clerk mentioned that I had put in my reservation note that we would be bringing our dogs and needed a pet friendly room. She said they had to move us because the room I booked was not a pet room. She said in the future I should call directly because the pet room would have been more expensive but since I booked through Expedia they couldn't charge me more. I'm not sure how this is supposed to motivate me to call instead, but whatever. None of the rooms are listed as pet-friendly or not, in their listing, or I would have chosen a pet-friendly one. I was charged the rate I booked plus the pet fee, as I expected and as was listed in the app. While the clerk was friendly, the experience left me feeling that I had done something wrong, when there was no way to know I should have done anything differently, and they probably need to revise their listing instead.

Nice hotel but girl on reception rude and slow

Rated poor as girl on desk was rude. Arrived at 2pm and told could not check in until 3pm. Did not even ask our name to check if room was available!! Two other couples turned up 30 mins later and were treated better and allowed to check in. On seeing this we enquired if we could check in yet and was then allowed to check in at 2-50pm - girl was very slow at checking us in.
