On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you will find a living/dining/kitchen area with a double sofa bed (140cm) and a shower room with toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). A shared outdoor area with the other gîtes is also available. Three other gîtes are located on the property: H85G019981, H85G019982, H85G019983. Public parking is 200m away. Electric heating is included.

No washing machine.

From Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, follow the direction of Saint Laurent sur Sèvre. In view of the water tower, there is a great descent, arriving at the bottom, take the path on the right towards Le Domaine. Follow this path to a car park before the dead end. Then walk to the second house on the right.
