It's an ideal base for exploring the Cholet area and venturing to the major tourist attractions of Anjou and the Pays de la Loire region.

Outside, relaxation awaits: enjoy a sunny terrace, a private enclosed garden, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue for your summer evenings. Children can play safely in the fully secured play area.

Inside, the ground floor offers a warm and inviting living room (air-conditioned) with a lounge area, a convivial dining space, and a fully equipped semi-open kitchen. A separate toilet is also provided.

Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms:

From the gîte, numerous excursions are possible: the Oriental Park of Maulévrier (10 km), the largest Japanese garden in Europe; the Textile and Fashion Museum in Cholet (13 km); the Shoe Museum in Saint-André-de-la-Marche (5 km); Clisson (25 km), a medieval town with a Tuscan feel and home to the famous Hellfest festival; Puy du Fou (25 km), a multi-award-winning historical theme park; the La Boissière-du-Doré Zoo (30 km); walks along the Sèvre Nantaise river or on the many surrounding hiking trails. And why not a trip to Nantes (50 km) to discover the Machines of the Isle or a day on the Atlantic coast (approximately 1.5 hours)?

Access to the Renussière gite: On the Nantes-Cholet RN249 expressway, take exit 8 Take the RD 753 towards Noirmoutier, La Séguinière, La Romagne. The cottage is located between La Séguinière and La Romagne. About 2 km after the exit of La Séguinière, in a descent, take the “turn left” in the direction of “la Bégaudière”. Cross the village, follow the winding road (important coast) for about 1 km Then take the first road on the left in the direction of “La Renussière”. The gîte is on the left as you arrive in the hamlet.
