The condition of the room was pretty bad. The bathroom door handle was loose and nearly falling off, the baseboards were exposed, and there were various insects and bugs in the room. Although the towels provided were clean, they were stained with toothpaste and other marks. The room also had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. When booking, it stated that daily housekeeping was included, but we didn’t receive any during our four-night stay. This was inconvenient since our trash started to pile up, and we ended up taking it out ourselves to avoid potential fees. On the positive side, all the utilities—including the AC, hair dryer, and fridge—worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-out was quick and easy. Overall, you definitely get what you pay for.

First off, we walk in, water on the floor, from the fridge. Found bed bugs the next day! Too late! No one at the desk to complain at check out? A scenic elevator with dead birds in it on the first floor, had to explain that to my grandchildren. NEVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY, YUCK!!!

We're placed on 3 rd floor my parents are senior and the elevator was broken. Only access to ramps to 3 rd floor. The fridge in my parents room sounded like the fan is going out. Whistled both nights we stayed.

Don't waste your money

This place is in bad shape every where on the outside areas. No elevator. Ramps are on the steep side and a little slick. Room had bad water stains on the ceiling , shower curtain wouldn't even stay closed, so the floor was really wet after you showed. AC was so loud we had to have the volume on the TV so loud. The AC wasn't even on when we got in the room, so it was miserable in the room. I would never stay there again.
