The curtains were falling down, there peep hole in the door was drilled out with a piece of duct tape, the battery in the smoke detectors were missing, the vents were filthy, something sounded like it was crawling in the walls and it smells so bad of smoke i was sick to my stomach. I left immediately due to the condition.

Property has bugs, bed sheets stained. Watering running in bathrrom that doesnt shut off. We were booked to stay 2 nights but voided transaction and moved to a different hotel. Was offered to switch rooms but if there is bugs(roaches and more) in one room to the extent that was in that roomthen they would be in all rooms. Hotel definitely needs to be renovated and pest control!

Location is safe and affordable. We will be staying here again. Key card reader is worn out so you have to slide the card a few times to make it work. There was some grease in the tub that wasn’t cleaned up and the tub had some spots that needed touch up paint, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Mattress firmness was a medium. Sheets were clean. No bugs. Friendly staff. Short drive to Sevierville, TN.

The bed kept falling apart. The removable shower head was left on so when you turned the water on water sprayed all over the bathroom floor, not good for a HANDICAPPED room. Fridge was dirty. The back door that requires a key card was propped open all night (safety concerns). The vending machines only take cash (dollar bills to be specific), get up to date machines! Front desk clerk was argumentative about the fact that we’ve never been charged a pet fee there in the past. Floors have dips in them under the carpet, not sure what that’s all about. It’s just okay for a nights stay but I’m not sure I’d be happy there for a few days. Seems to have gone down in quality over the years that we’ve been staying there while visiting.

Bug on the bed and all around the heat/air unit. Find a different place to stay. This is a hotel that allows locals to stay monthly. Had to pay for 2 nights just to get my money back on the other two nights we had booked

TV didn’t work. The carpet in the room was filthy. The people in the room next to me complained that the bathroom fan in my room was so loud it woke them up. The bed was very uncomfortable. Definitely not an 8/10. 4/10 Max. I will stick with branded companies that require standards to be maintained.
