One thing that I wish were more clear in the property details is that they have *no elevator*. Even though I've got a bad knee, thankfully the stairs were tolerable, but I can see the lack of an elevator being a real deal breaker for some. That detail needs to be displayed in glowing, flashing text or something. It might also be time to upgrade the door locks on the rooms. Rarely could I get the door to open with the first swipe of the card. Most times it took several swipes at different speeds (usually slower) to finally get it to open.

Worst motel I've been in! We were scheduled for 2 nights, left after first only because they'd only refund 2nd night. Had no bottom sheet, just a sheet placed over mattress pad, pillows were about 2"thick and one was ripped with stuffing coming out of a ripped pillowcase. Was so dirty you could write your name in the dirt and hair dryer was literally falling off wall becausecit was only held on by 1 screw.

This property was listed as an 8. Which is my reason for giving a poor review. It is not an 8, more like a 5. There is no breakfast, a little cheap cereal. The coffee was not good with powdered creamer. We had to move because the AC did not work. The whole place smelled old and musty with really worn carpet and lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the halls. The comforters were old and worn, one had a cigarette burn. The TVs were good. The second room tv remote needed someone savvy with controls to figure it out. Just saying. The shower was clean with good water pressure. But the shower curtain smelled moldy. Ugh. Will not stay again.

The hotel was pretty clean, the shower curtain wasn’t clean the bathtub/shower had some small holes in it and something brown on the inside of tub.the staff were friendly, probably wouldn’t stay there again

Cheap and the Air conditioning works… that’s about all that I could say was could be nice… front of the side table was ripped off, hallways stuck if smoke, dirty over all. I have never slept with all of my clothes on and kept my hood up so my head didnt touch the bed. I think I would have been better sleeping in my car. Oh and there were stink bugs EVERYWHERE. I can’t explain how bad they were!! I don’t recommend

Co2 (air quality) was 1223ppm on morning since there was no ERV or way to open window. Most hotels since Covid have installed ERVs (or as minimum have operable windows). Co2 dropped to 853ppm with bathroom exhaust fan running constantly. Nice hotel for overnight stay, allow boat/trailer parking and EV charging (trickle on 120V).

The lady at the front desk is very rude. The app itself doesn’t take the full amount of money so you have to pay when you get there which I was unaware of. Then to top things off it says dogs allowed however the lady at the front desk failed to tell us there was a fee for dogs then proceeded to call our room about the fee mind you it was only 15$ and we had no problem paying it we just didn’t know as the app doesn’t tell you nor allow you to pay it ahead of time. She watched us on camera like a hawk even though we did nothing wrong. This was by far the worst experience. We also had to move rooms after paying the dog fee since we had a dog and people with dogs get different rooms. Mind you we had all our stuff including the dinner we had just went out and got in the previous room already so it was a pain.

Nice affordable hotel

Co2 was high at 1425ppm but leaving the bath fan on brought it down to 825ppm. A ERV brings it to 600-800ppm or opening a window (but windows are sealed). Able to trickle charge my EV off 120V outside outlet near pool. If staying a couple nights, could fully charge. Good boat parking Mark
