A special mention to Isha for her incredible help and patience during check-in. She made us feel welcomed and at ease right away, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The hospitality extended throughout the property was outstanding. Bagwant from the security team stood out for his courteous and attentive approach, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything felt safe and comfortable. We also deeply appreciate Haydin, the duty manager, who handled an issue we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, it was resolved so quickly that it barely disrupted our experience. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained spaces, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Every detail, from the rooms to the service, reflects the high standards you expect from Taj. Overall, it was a memorable stay, made even more special by the wonderful team. "We chose this hotel for its peaceful location and convenient distance from both airports, which worked well for us as a family. However, the actual stay was underwhelming. The Wi-Fi was consistently weak, making it difficult to stay connected. More importantly, the service was quite poor; we had to call the front desk multiple times just to get basic items like towels, as there was no proactive housekeeping. To top it off, the "beach view" promised in the room description was nonexistent. It’s a nice area for couples and families, but the management needs to significantly improve their service and transparency."
