The room looked nice on arrival then noticed how dirty the curtains were, the floors and shower was filthy. The staff were nice and the view was spectacular. Definetely not worth the money!

Very friendly staff and a great location right on Morjim Beach. The beach huts themselves are lovely, but the main hotel complex was less appealing. The property also lacks a pleasant outdoor area with food and beverage service, and overall it felt a bit too basic for us in the 50+ age group.
