The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my children and I. Very attentive and great communication. This is my 4th time at this hotel in the last few months with both work and personal travel. I have tried other hotels in the area, that are around the same rate, and found them subpar. Very quiet and safe area. Easy access to the entire city within a 5 minute drive. Massive park a few blocks down, with an equally as large handicap park attached to it. It is also covered by the bridge, so rainy days are NOT an issue!

You are better off sleeping in your car. I would not stay here if someone paid me and gave me $500 just for my troubles. Dirty, smelly, bed bugs, water is not clean. OSHA should shut this place down for good.

I never give a bad review on a hotel. The curtains were hanging broken and open. The hot tub was filthy and had literal pubic hair in it and all on the filter itself. When going to shower there was no water pressure and was nut sufficient for washing hair. The shower head and handle was ZIP TIED to the bracket. No phone in the room and they do not answer the phone to help solve any issues. This was without a doubt the worst hotel stay I've ever had anywhere.

I personally made and paid for my niece and her husband to spend three days here to help with funeral plans. First, no keys clerk had to use his key to open door, first night they said icemaker had to be cleaned, never was for three days. Was told truck never delivered breakfast, that excuse extended three days also. Sad time to get sad accommodations.Any or all of the $255.93 refund would be greatly appreciated especially now. Thank you.

Do NOT stay at this location, not even the parking lot. Everything here is from the 70's and hasn't been cleaned or repaired since. We were given a free upgrade and it was filthy and broken, eve had a used bandaid on the top of the tub. Given another room and our shoes stuck to the floor. Opened up the bathroom door and had a roack party going on!

In a word, disappointing. No phone in the room, TV didn’t work, furniture looked like junk.the access door nearest my room didn’t work because the scanner was ripped off wall, so I always had to go all the way around through lobby entrance to enter. Needed ice but no ice bucket in room and the only ice machine in building was apparently broke, I could go on. TERRIBLE!
