I loved staying here! The staff made me feel welcome and helped me with my lack of Spanish. They even got me a taxi to Morelia. I would highly recommend OYO Patzcuaro.

Beautiful place on the outside, feels like you’re in a traditional hacienda. The plants are well maintained and healthy. However, the bathroom in our room needs a renovation as the roof was covered in mold and was falling to pieces. It didn’t rain too hard but drops were forming and dropping inside which could have caused a slip issue. There were also spiderwebs on the windows and a bug was on our bed as soon as we walked in. For a one night stay, it was fine as we spent most of our trip out of the room. It would just be nice to see the place properly updated.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The location was great and close to the plazas. Very short walk to stores and restaurants. It will be nice if this hotel can offer coffee for their guests. Overall a good place to stay. Muy amables y atentos. El lugar es bueno y cerca de las plazas. A poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes. Deberian ofrecer cafe para los huespedes. En resumen, un buen lugar para hospedarse.

One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Right from the start,it was not a good stay. The room we reserved was not honored. We had trouble getting into the hotel around 11pm. There was no explanation about how we get back into the hotel at night. Lastly, I was refused a bottle of water to take much needed medication and was told to go and buy it at the OXXO. It was such a disappointing experience, it ruined our trip to a much anticipated visit to Patzcuaro.

I travel a lot and this by far has been one been the worst property’s I have stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable, extremely dirty and had a horrible smell. The decorative red pillows have never been washed and smelled like sweat. The room had no ventilation and was full of mold. The shower had hair on the floor and the bathroom was not cleaned. I tried to check out but the owner of the property refused to reimburse any of the of money. I left and check in to a different hotel.

Estuvimos en una habitación las 2 primeras noches en la cual había muchas telarañas, y arañas en la cama, baño y closet, la cortina del baño y área de la regadera tenía mucha moho, nos cambiaron de habitación pero igual había telarañas, pelusas y hasta basura en detrás del buró, el baño en las mismas condiciones que el anterior. En general muy descuidadas las habitaciones principalmente

En general la habitación, el servicio y la amabilidad del personal muy buenos, solo que les falta estacionamiento ya que se queda el auto en la acera, fuera de este detalle el establecimiento es muy recomendable.
