The area where the hotel is located looks very unsafe, polluted and noisy. The hotel itself was very dark, lugubrious and dungeony like. Bed linen worn out and old. The bathroom needed extra care. I won’t complain about the receptionist because he was attentive and polite, but this kind of hotel should not be advertised in Expedia. For all the above, I didn’t stay in this hotel.

The hotel is in downtown so it is highly convenient. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room was good, confortable bed but the shower was old. There is no hot water, although it is not cold, you just leave the water running until it warms a little bit.

El hotel muy bonito. Solo que me tocó una habitación casi pegada a recepción y había mucho ruido. Ojo, el hotel no está cerca de la plaza principal hay que caminar algunas cuadras y si cuenta con estacionamiento

El hotel y la habitación están bonitos y limpios. Deberían mejorar la calidad de sabanas y toallas: delgadas y picaban. El personal de la noche fue amable pero los de la mañana no hicieron ningún intento por resolver un par de situaciones: me dieron la habitación errónea y no servía la secadora.

Me encanto que cuenta con estacionamiento, todo ok

Muy céntrico y cuenta con estacionamiento, a unos pasos hay cafés y restaurantes, la plaza etc; el personal es muy amable; ten en cuenta que al hacer tu reservación con tu tarjeta será sólo para apartar tu estadía, lo más probable es que tengas que pagar en efectivo al llegar. Sin duda regresaré.
