Great location. I have been to many hotels and never have I had to explain myself when asking for an extra towel. I guess people here must not shower and use a clean towel each time. I called to ask for an extra towel and was asked if i used all my towels already. Obviously!

Se oyen todos los ruidos posibles de todos los cuartos alrededor todo esta en el cuarto todo te venden. La recepcion desagradable mal servicio mala atencion a clientes antipaticos cobros exagerados solo les importa cobrarte todo al cliente enimdebidamente y estas atado a pagar pues estas encerrado a subdisposicion no te abren el porton dificil de llegar de vdd frio y en el desayuno el mesero y la cocinera peleandosr y eramos los unicos clientes mmm mal

Todas las habitaciones tienen vistas hermosas hacia Janitzio, los diseños están inspirados en Michoacán y personalizados a cada habitación. Elegimos la habitación más economica ya que no se veía mucha diferencia entre las otras categorías, creo que las fotos de la pagina no le hacen justicia a lo bellas que están el resto de habitaciones. Está bien ubicado y te atienden muy bien. No sufrimos para dormir pero teníamos vecinos al lado y cuando abrieron la puerta se escuchaba todo, como si estuvieran con nosotros, ese es el unico pero que le pongo, sólo esperas que no te toquen vecinos ruidosos.

Demasiado caro para el servicio

Las instalaciones del hotel muy bonitas, pero nos salió un alacrán enorme en la habitación, el colchón muy duro, no tuvimos agua caliente en la regadera, nos bañamos con agua helada, el internet funciona sólo por 8 horas, y según ellos funciona por 8 días, la tv solo se veía un canal de ventas. Y la verdad el precio es demasiado alto para el servicio que dan.

Reservamos a un precio y nos cobraron otro más caro. Lo remediaron cambiado de habitación, los cuantos son muy bonitos pero no había agua caliente, tuvimos que llamar para que prendieran el calentador, la cafetera tenía moho en el depósito de agua. La vista es preciosa y el personal de restaurante muy agradable. Nos gusta mucho ir a comer ahí, lamentablemente la experiencia en hotel no fue tan agradable.

Tuvimos problema con el agua caliente , que se solucionó , la verdad rapido acuden a resolver el evento , otro fue con la TV que no había señal pero cambiaron la cajita y listo , el desayuno , la cena que fue lo que probamos fue riquísimo , fueron muy atentos . Limpieza bien , instalaciones bien , vista y lugares en el hotel de maravilla

Sugerencias para mejorar servicio de instalaciones

Considero que el colchón de la Habitación Alondra, debe de cambiarse, pues esta muy desnivelado del lado hacia donde da la ventana. Por otro lado no funciona en automático el boiler, pues des los dos días que nos hospedamos, este no funciono por la mañana y tuve que llamar a la recepción para que se encendiera.
