The room is ok but the bathrooms need improvement. The toilet seat was leaking and the faucet on the sink was very loose. Bathroom towels looked like old rags. Annoying snoring from the person who stays at night could be heard in all the dirt floor. We occupied 4 rooms

La atención fue excelente. Todos fueron muy amables y respetuosos. Si eres una persona muy observadora que se fijara en detalles de todo tipo, esta estancia no es para ti. Toallas ya deshilachadas, cobija sucia, el acabado del baño ya se estaba botando, los recipientes del jabón estaban sucios. La habitación como tal es muy oscura, y para algunas personas eso es un punto a favor. Me hospedé en la habitación pegada a la calle, si eres de sueño ligero tampoco te la recomiendo se llega a escuchar algo de ruido. La habitación no cuenta con minisplit pero al menos para mi no fue necesario ya que estaba lloviendo y estaba bastante fresco el ambiente. La catedral está bastante cerca, así que el lugar se presta muy muy bien para caminar. La zona se me hizo bastante tranquila, y entre calles puedes encontrar desde farmacias hasta lugares para comer. Si eres persona que solo le importa dónde poder dormir y ducharse, y usas la frase <> esta estancia definitivamente es para ti. Super recomendable.

Thank you to all of the staff everyone is super nice and so helpful. Lili, Sergio and Jose Luis were excellent just everyone there is super nice. This hotel is within walking distance from everything and is very safe they have 24 hours front desk service. They also provide breakfast as a special discount price they have sweet bread every morning and cafe de oja delicious. Our rooms were very clean. We really like the hotel because it was very quiet at night. You can park your car in a designated parking lot that you pay for at a discount rate from 7:00p.m. To 10:00a.m. we didn’t really use our car during the day we just walked everywhere if you keep the car in the parking lot they charge 15.00 pesos per hour great deal. One more thing there two hotels Cantera Rosa Real and Cantera Rosa we stayed in Cantera Rosa Real. Thank you to all of the staff it was a wonderful stay. Gracias a todos 🇲🇽❤️🌺

We were contacted by the property manager Monica & asked if we would agree to be placed at their new & upgraded hotel next door. Unknowingly we accepted. Which was a less rated and virtually non receptive or ready for guests property. Everything from no glassware In unit, or sufficient bedding and pillows. The night manager is the only one on duty and doesn’t speak English or able to really cope. The lobby is loud and there is access to the rooms that are on the main floor with no sound barriers. Completely not what I would recommend
