I was really disappointed with this Hotel and will never stay here again. First off all the elevator did not work for my 78 year mother to use and she fell coming down the stairs and lights where off and none on the stairs. I was informed the elevator would be turned on if front desk was informed but would lead me to back of hotel so I asked if I may bring my car in back to pick up my mother and they said no. Also my flight left early so I had to check out at 5:00am and there was no one to assist me to bring my car from the car lot it was parked. I was informed I had to walk and go get my own car which was not close by so I had to pay and wait for a taxi to take me . Also, I booked a quadruple room with 4 beds and was not given that room when I arrived and was told it was booked already. The hotel was not easy to locate since they don’t have their name posted anywhere and kept driving around and stopped to ask when I was in front of the hotel entrance and no where was there a sign indicating it was Herencia Hotel. It aloud at night if your facing city Main Street .

Our stay at Herencia Hosting House was incredibly pleasant. The room was spotless, and the staff was incredibly courteous. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying there again.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were lovely. They were able to park our car and hold our bags when we arrived a few hours before check-in. The location is right near the main plaza and we were able to walk everywhere in the center easily. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the rooms are nice and spacious. The shower had very good water pressure and everything was clean. We appreciated the AC as well. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the restaurant in the morning.

Overall an amazing stay, just be ready for some noise if you’re staying in a room with the view. Beds could also be softer but that’s not why we travel.

It's good if you sleep like a rock!!

It was a good stay near the downtown area. There are a lot of places to see. It's clean they also have a restaurant. If you are a light sleeper this would not be a good fit you may hear the nightclub across the street all night. I didn't hear it buty mother-in-law and husband did!!!
