Hotel was neglected and nasty switched rooms and even the second room was disgusting doors to room and bathroom didn't close correctly and hard to open shower was ice cold and had mold. Staff was fighting in hallway and went to checkout lobby was left unattended because both employees went to go get food Hotel needs serious work

I hada few issues with this hotel. First on check in they Required a $100 Cash deposit in case of room . Also there was a lot of black mold on all 3 wall of the shower. I took photos of it. I mentioned it at check out and they said they have told the manager mager before. damages. I. Asked what if I do not yhave a hundred in cash. No answer

Peddlers mall nearby the floor had not been swept right you could feel stuff on your feet when you walked across it. The tiles were falling off of the jet tub no coffee maker in the room.

Not such a good hotel. Beds were great for comfort! Staff was nice! No housekeeping came into our room to tidy up and refresh linens during our 3 night stay, no shampoo in the container in the shower, no towels and wash rags in the bathroom, found a live roach in the bathroom, and the pool was closed down by the health department.

The information online said there were in room cribs and rollaway beds abailable but the hotel staff said there were none and never had been to their knowledge. The continental breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, toast and juice. There were no towels in our room, we had to ask for them. Our microwave didnt work. The staff was kind but as far as i could see, this location is not well managed.

Dont expect quality for cheap rooms

Was expecting a pool but it was closed by public health. Wasnt offered a discount. Hallways were never vacuumed while we were there. One of the exits door closures never worked. Door slammed shut when people exited. And key card machile whould not make keys correctly. Attendent had to try about 25 times to get a second key coded.

Room was not cleaned well, crumbs everywhere and the AC had an odor. Maintenance at this place is terrible or non existant. The whole property is due for an overhaul.
