My husband and I came here on our honeymoon because we enjoyed our stay many summers ago but unfortunately “The Mineral Spa Room” was not what we expected. The photos shared for the rooms are very misleading. Firstly, our jacuzzi was suppose to be the same mineral water coming directly from the pool but it definitely wasn’t at all. Secondly, the room was completely neglected. Baseboards falling off the wall, the couch had many stains, many objects broken/dirty. I melt very uncomfortable even sleeping in the bed. We will never return. Horrible experience!

Ive stayed in much nicer places for half the price. Was not the least bit impressed for paying $260 per night. The room had stains on the floor and the chair beside the bed. 2 of 3 dresser doors were broken and hanging down. Balcony room was directly over a busy street and main entrance to the casino. And at 630am there was someone with a gas leaf blower cleaning the sidewalk outside our room.

Spa was wonderful. There is some repairs that are needing done but from what we have learned they are renovating like mad there. I got a pedicure done at the spa and it was fantastic! Love my toes and my feet feel amazing. The pool was lovely! Enjoy being able to go outside. Staff are all so polite. Room was great! Thank you!!

The staff were very kind to our kids and helpful. We needed support a few different times and every single time we spoke to someone it was taken care of quickly and easily. We enjoyed the robes and nice clean and comfy bedding the most. We also enjoyed the effective heater, dark blinds, and all the different keurig beverages and the mini fridge.
