Welcoming, informative and friendly atmosphere.
My room was very clean.
The cleaning staff asked if I needed more towels when we met in the hallway.(I did not)
Courtesy breakfast was a great start to my day of driving to Calgary.
there is someone else toe nail clippings on the floor. even with turning the heat down the rooms are like saunas. kids wanted the pool and yet its close. I called font desk 4 times and there was no answer an no one front. vending machines are so overly priced and tap doesn't even work. HDMI ports didn't work on tv
I’ve never stayed at a hotel in my life and left with bug bites it felt disgusting. I went to the front desk and show the employee at the front all the swelling and red bite marks all over my body and the sorry I received felt like this wasn’t the first.
I hate writing this review because the lady that checked us in was very pleasant but the place needs an inspection before people can be allowed to stay here. I’ve just washed everything I took to make sure I didn’t bring any bedbugs homes.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Front desk was lovely. The room was good, the temperature controls were very good. The linoleum in the bathroom is coming up and i suspect mold is forming. The restaurant staff needs more training.
When we arrived in our room it was stifling hot and trying to turn down the heat or fan did not work so turned off both, opened a window and used the bathroom exhaust fan to draw in colder air. When sitting on the bed it cut into the backs of our legs and lying down we gravitated to the middle. The toilets were also low and not great for seniors and there was no grab handles in the tubs.
