Great hotel and location. The old world charm is excellent. Here is where there is room for improvement. Number 1 : open the lounge earlier about 2 o’clock for people that want to have a beer or a drink. #2 You need to offer local beers on draft /tap you won’t go wrong with that, it’s very popular with all demographics. And gives it more of a European flare. As money allows you need to renovate some of the rooms to get rid of the sitdown old person shower. A corner shower that’s well appointed would be plenty good.
