Beautiful old style decor in the lobby / entrance area. Walkable to everything downtown. Very clean room. Parking can be a challenge as there is only a small lot making street parking your only other option. Only 2 coffee pods available with no decaf option. The toilet seat did not fit properly so it slid to the side when seated.

This was our first time there. The hotel is neat but there was no A/C our room was 75 upon arrival and only moved down to 73 after 2 days. They gave us 2 fans which helped a little but it was too hot for us. The staff was nice, apologetic but not knowledgeable on the A/C. They offered to move us to a double bed room, we booked a king deluxe so not interested in that. For $200/ night I expect better. I do not think we will return.

We were treated royally. Coffee maker could have been upgraded. One cup takes a long time to make The living room should have a lamp as a second source of light. But I still find this place the best place to stay in Moose Jaw

Close to shopping and dining options. Bathroom vanity needed some cleaning (room #509) otherwise all good. Wonderful staff. Nice bar and restaurant. We have stayed several times and will come back. Have also been here for a small wedding function. Lovely facility for that!!

Our only issue was that they lock the door at night and instead of using your card to access the building, you need to wait for someone to come and get you. We were at a wedding so we arrived back after doors were locked and while we only waited about 3-4 minutes for someone to come, we had encountered someone outside who was under the influence and it was an uncomfortable situation.
