Great service and good breakfast. Very nice room, but there could have been a better layout in the room since it was a handicap accessible one. We had to get a room with a sofa bed because my mother who uses a walker cannot get into a bed at the regular height. Also, the bathroom could have been safer with more grab bars and some treads.

Upon check in, the trainee at the front desk had checked someone else into our room. Obviously, this is a breach of privacy and left me uneasy, but the manager was able to check us into another room and that process was quick. My husband also had uncooked sausage patty this morning for breakfast. We ordinarily stay at BW when we come to visit friends and family in Moose Jaw, so this was a bit sad. Otherwise the hotel is clean and the staff is always very good.
