You will experience the heart of Montreal’s iconic Plateau neighbourhood, our space places you at the center of vibrant culture and history. Stroll down St. Laurent Boulevard, home to legendary landmarks like Schwartz's Deli—a Montreal institution famed for its smoked meat. Immerse yourself in the charm of the Plateau area, with its colourful murals, quaint cafés, and lively streets. On our street (Boulevard St-Laurent) you will find gyms, yoga studios, restaurants, cooking classes, parks, thrift shops and more.



Getting Around:

The property is a 5 minute walk to Mont-Royal metro which connects you to the underground metro (subway) system throughout the city of Montreal. There is a reliable taxi and uber system and easy to find street and parking lot parking. There is also a bicycle renting station right at the corner of our property called Bixi Montreal.
