the room is very small with limited amenities in the room. Three hooks for clothes for 2 people. no plug in bathroom. The worst was the smell and quality of air in the room. We.wanted to switch rooms but it was sold out. Please note i have never given a bad teview in 50 years of traveling. A mirror on the ceiling was not what the party ordered.

We were very skeptical after reading reviews about bed bugs and nasty smells… so when we arrived we thought it was suspiciously clean. We even stripped all the bedsheets off and examined every inch of the room when we arrived. But it was perfect. Bed was super comfy, a little chilly but not too bad. Shower was clean. Breakfast was provided. Bagels were a little stale. But the coffee was good and the eggs were alright. It was overall a wonderful place to stay, esp for the price and location

My room was upgraded supposedly. The room was right above the office. I could hear every conversation that was going on. My main door(there were 2) had gaps on the top and right side. The other didn’t stay shut all the way. Someone could have easily pushed it open. Walls are cardboard thin. There are bed bugs there. I came home itching very badly and notice my arms and legs have bites that clearly indicate bed bugs. I was in room 226. Find somewhere else otherwise there is a possibility you will suffer for two weeks afterwards.

I received for 2 nights for sept 19 to 21 drive up for new brunswick to see keith urban the room was clean the front desk worker was friendly and helpful. The next morning i wake up have red marks all over my back on my chest and butt. I check to see if my boyfriend had any and he didn't. Then we have a family emergency on top of this situation so we had to leave. I explained to the front desk worker the situation and told him we will not be returning tonight and i ask what kind of soap to they use to wash the sheets because i wake up to red marks all over my body and i showed him my back. He said we can check out but the room paid for 2 night i explained we go back to new brunswick and not returning so you can clean it and make it available for booking he said nope cant it paid for tonight. I understand its a business and they need to make money and life happens but they didnt offer anything to refund i knew i wouldnt get the hole amount for another night but at least they could have offer 50 or 75 percent back so i paid 300 for 1 night and now have red marks that look like chicken poxs on my body.

Worst motel I’ve ever stayed at, disgusting. We were upgraded to what was supposed to be the ‘best room’ after our original room had someone else’s hair in the bed and all over the pillows, the new room we got put in had a tick in the bed, hair all over the bathroom and floors, along with what looked like uncooked ramen noodles in the shower. Very disappointing, won’t be staying here again and I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

Comfortable and clean.

We were please try surprised with cleaners and comfort. Slept well and mattresses were very comfortable with Lots of pillows w white bedding. AC was not cooling much but was fine for the night. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was minimal but enough to have something to eat in the morning.
