The hotel was very nice and clean and what we loved the most was the friendliness of the entire staff, very professional and helpful in every way possible The concierge Sabina was a very nice lady and she offered great advice and is one of the friendliest people you could ask for.. Mahdi from the front desk were exceptionally helpful and very professional … Deris from the reservation back office was so helpful and was a great help for us even before arriving.. The Hotel is very nice but the staff is what lifted the whole experience..

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are clean, the staff is lovely. We really enjoyed the breakfast with our rooms. The bar area is nice for sitting and having a late night drink. This was a long walk to the Vieux Port, but that was okay with us. Beautiful hotel.

The property is chic and modern. And our newly renovated suite was so well designed with efficient use of space. Felt very cosy and comfortable. One of the better Sofitel properties we've been to. MUCH better than the Washington DC location!!!!
