Excellent hotel! The whole hotel was very clean and tidy and smelt lovely. The room was very nice - large room, bed very comfortable and a good shower. There's a pillow menu to choose your pillow and you can even order a sleep mask from reception. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice, ranging from several egg dishes, sweet options like pancakes and waffles and healthier options like granola and smoothy bowls. The hotel is also in a great location, with lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. It's also easy to get to old town either on foot, via the subway, or via Uber which are very reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Incredibly welcoming! All staff were so helpful! Felt really well taken care of. Valet service was friendly and attentive. Concierge were great and really informative. Room staff from room service to turn down were so helpful and friendly. All of them are spectacular. Food was awesome! Perfect hotel location for the Mont Royal parc and for downtown!
