The service was great - as usual - this time we met up with my son and his spouse and their 20 month son. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with a child - offering us a nice corner in the lobby bar where we could wait for dinner and a great table to allow our grandson to play without disturbing other guests.

The room was clean and checkin was quick but both the TV and Nespresso machine did not work in our room. Maintenance tried to fix the TV but was unable. They did offer a room change but given that we were all settled in we decided not to. The shuttle was also extremely full both on the way to the hotel and on the way back to the airport - both times having to leave some passengers behind.
