Great location, lovely, flexible, and effective staff. Fair price. Only complaint was that the bathroom door offered zero privacy. It was a barn door (sliding), with no sound protection at all. The room was perfect for a solo traveller but very awkward for two friends travelling together. Would stay again on my own.

The hôtel was comfortable and the room spacious and clean. I did not have breakfast. Night staff was particularly incompétent and unhelpful when having to deal with a fire alarm that had all hotel guests up for hours in the middle of the night. Day staff was freindly and efficient.

We stayed for two nights to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. While the location was convenient to some areas, it was a far walk to others. Our room was right outside the elevators which were very loud going up and down all hours of the night. I also paid separately for brunch the next morning and none of the hot food was out on time so all we had was a hard boiled egg and a yogurt.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel, but to call this a 4-star is a bit of a stretch. Definitely a 3.5 at best. Rooms are spacious, but some details could be modernized I.e: headboards.

It was our first experience to stay in downtown Montréal. Location, staff, valet, were all great. We even get upgraded to a king size bed (reservation was for the last room available that night, queen size bed) without asking for it. We will be back. Rate was great too!
