Location close to the airport and VIA, and the shuttle service makes this a convenient hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is very old and tired. There is no charging station for electronics in the room, the filter on the heater was thick with black lint and dust. Clearly needed replacement and bad for allergies. Carpet in the king bed rooms needs to go. It’s a haven for dust mites and other germs. The breakfast was good - had all the usual items and a good selection for all. For the price this hotel is a pretty good deal but it’s very old and tired. Needs some work.

Holes in the walls and the floor was coming up from its base. The room wasn’t very clean. Very old and dated furniture and fixtures. TV has very limited channels. Maybe 10. No Nickelodeon or anything for kids. Parking is not easy until you realize the is a section behind the building. The lamps were rusting. The key and internet both lost their connection. The shower wasn’t great either although it was hot. I would not stay there again.

Front desk gave me room 155, sink tab was too low that my hands were touching to sink base while washing. I requested a room change, they did it with unfriendly tone but gave a me room with clogged bath tub & broken exhaust fan & ver ly bad smell.

Hotel is dated but good for a preflight stay. Clean and bed was ok. Highway and airplane noise is definitely there. Did not get to have breakfast as had to leave before it was served. Shuttle was on time and efficient
