We had a 3 night stay at the Quality hotel Duval airport. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the coffee and tea in the lobby was very nice to enjoy. I recommend this hotel. Staff were very nice and very helpful when we needed something from their cart. We had a great stay. Thank you Quality Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent — from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of service. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Good place to stay in between flights, Bed is comfortable & shower is simple but nothing to complain about. Equipment such as iron & hair dryer are great and a must. Shampoo/conditionner & soap are good quality and make your hair smell clean and fresh. No remote for the tv, if you want to watch YouTube, you’ll have to grab your computer and an HD cable. Overall a comfortable stay, for one night or 2 it’s perfectly fine. Shuttle 10/10, call in advance. Breakfast is great.

It was my second time booking a room at this hotel. It was perfect. This time I used the transportation service to the airport it was really good. They have a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were great. The front desk staff were very friendly with my dog.

There were homeless/ crack addicts hovering in the parking lot and outside the location - we were tourists at the location, so we went around town and came back in the night, and it felt very unsafe. The parking lot was all the time full. The room was dusty, carpets were dirty - overall very poor experience

The hotel doesn’t feel safe. There are drunk customers around, smells of weed everywhere. Construction started and not finished. I had to call security at night due to drunk people banging on door. I would not recommend to stay there unless you have no choice. For the price, you can find something else.
