This is an apartment in a standard old 3 story Montreal building. Very representative of typical downtown Montreal living. But beware - these places have little or no soundproofing. You will hear every footstep of the people above you, and the voices next door. This was OK for much of our stay but we were unlucky the first night, when people upstairs, including children, were walking and running almost continually until 1am, preventing sleep. But the other nights were not so bad. There is a lot of space, a good kitchen, and a bus stop to central Montreal right outside. And it is in an area with many nice cafes, restaurants, and tiny unique shops.

Great neighborhood stay

Great neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants and interesting people the beds were comfortable and the ac was cool our apartment was on the third floor so there were stairs but after all the food and drinks we needed the work out also highly recommend the Mexican restaurant right next door

This place has a very nice set up and is super comfortable. Big Kitchen, Big Living Area, Big Washroom, and Large Rooms. It was very nice to have a Washer and Dryer also. The first two nights were a bit noisy because the doors are large wooden doors that close loudly. So I emailed the management suggesting some small felt pads to stopnthe doors from slapping the door frame. They must have fixed the doors the very next day, because the remaining 2 weeks I was there, I did’t hear any doors at all. Thank you for accommodating that, I really appreciated management taking the feedback and improving their building so very quickly. Very good place to stay, and perfect lication in Mile end. Suoer close to all the best Bagel Shops, Pizza Restaurants, and of course, super delicious Coffee (Olympico is 2 Blocks Away!)
