Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.
We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guides and for some communication.
Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit if applicable). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.
Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.
Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).

For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone).
