Great value! So close to downtown and nearby Bell Centre. Comfortable bed with adequate room temperature control and no audible noise from neighbors. Enjoyed a varied breakfast in the dining hall. Wish there was an air extractor for the bathroom and backlit vanity mirror.

I found the property a little old and I hate carpeting in the bedrooms. For 2 people they gave us 2 bath towels and a couple of little ones. I had to ask for more and was advised that that was usually given for 2 people. I did receive more. Also, when taking a shower the water always sprayed out of the shower onto the floor as there was a small ledge between to stop the water.

Very good and quiet.

Close to the Peel metro station, some restaurants and mini market open 24h. Hotel was very quiet and clean with underground parking. Price was very good in the situation of 2 festival. Novotel is a name to remind!
