As the daily room rate was pretty fantastic for this particular Montreal event weekend, we are willing to overlook minor deficiencies. Our room had the important amenities: a good little fridge, microwave, clean towels, linen and the room service was great. There was some initial confusion with our reservation, however, the manager went out of his way to ensure that our stay was comfortable.
