Very convenient location. We walked most places and the Eaton Center mall was like a 10 min walk. Ian (Concierge) was the best! He kept us up to date on festivals going on and suggested great restaurants and sites. He checked in with us whenever he saw us. I will be coming back next year and staying here specifically because of that attention to customer service and relations. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

Amazing gym and room showers

A great, centrally located hotel with an amazing large gym and an incredible powerful shower in the rooms. Has a lift down to the metro and Central Station. Would have given 5 stars but I had a blocked sink the whole time that I was there which didn’t get fixed.

Staff was great. If I had to comment on something it would be room service. Towels were not restocked had to ask for a new set also I realized it was only the beds and garbage in the room that was cleaned floors were not vacuumed

Exceeded my expectations. This hotel was renovated. Rooms are spacious, clean. Eatons shopping centre is a quick walk. Old Montreal is less than 15 minute walk.
