Finish walls. Clean hallways. Clean sheets (found stains, hairs and sheets smelt like it’s been used). Clean windows and either make glass opaque so you can’t see dead bird and mess just outside window. Air quality not good. Wifi didn’t work. Given beddings didn’t look washed (with stains and wrinkled)

Great location, near to the Vieux Port and to the Berrie metro station. Good value for price. Clean enough, confortable enough, neighbourhood ok. Hotel from outside looks a little sketchy but inside it is all renovated. Note that there will be nobody at front desk before 4pm. You'll receive the check-in info by through expedia as it works with codes to open the hotel front door and room door. Nearest parking lot is the city hall at about 5min walking 24$/day or so. There is no elevator in the hotel, no iron, no fridge, water in shower was lukewarm, bed was by the wall on 1 side, carpet in bedroom.

Generally, the apartment is really clean and in a great area. The staff was really nice. The only thing I would say is that when I told him that my heater didn’t work, they told me they would reset it and they never did and it didn’t work in the end so we were kind of cold. It’s actually much smaller than it looks. You barely have any room to move in the apartment and I just thought it’s not really worth the price when it’s that small. But it’s completely renovated and new as well as clean. So that’s why I would give it a 4/5

Great location. It is a remodelled hotel with lots of stairs. Bring your own cup/glass. Bed and sheets are excellent. Small bedroom with very nicely remodelled bathroom. Great TV channel choices (Crave, Disney). Good value for area. Nice coffee shop right beside hotel which is great. We are in our 60’s so I would not stay here again because of stairs or at least not on top floor. The gentleman who worked desk did carry our big suitcase up the stairs for us. It would have been nice to have access to a common fridge and hospitality coffee/tea.

It’s like a newly renovated 3-storey old building. No Lifts available, so if you don’t want an extra legwork after a long day, select or ask a room in 1st floor. Bed is comfortable, washroom is clean, sometimes the floor creaks as you walk in the corridors and inside the room. The room they assigned to us was at the end on the 3rd floor, the floor is slightly slanted it caught us off guard with balancing. We stayed for only 1 night so it’s still convenient considering the 6min drive to Central Station and a 10min walk to Bronsecours Market and La Grande Roue the Montreal.
