Room was great. Staff was very nice and respectful. Breakfast was ok, wish they had more than just pancakes for a hot breakfast selections but they were good as well.

It is a hotel basically just to go to sleep. Parking is 38 cad but in the corner there is one that is only 18 cad per 24 hours. A little of mold in the shower

The breakfast service was poor. There were numerous deficiencies, and just one staff member was responsible for refilling items and cleaning the tables. The room furnitures were too old and unshape but the beds and linens were clean and comfortable.

Je voulais rĂ©server pour le 15 DĂ©cembre pour mon sĂ©jour prochain Ă  MontrĂ©al mais malheureusement j'ai sĂ©lectionnĂ© la date du 15 Novembre (le mĂȘme jour). J'ai constatĂ© 2 jours aprĂšs car ayant reçu le message qui me demandait de noter l'hĂŽtel. Surpris, j'appelle l'hĂŽtel pour dire que c'Ă©tait une erreur et demande Ă  ĂȘtre reprogrammer le 15 DĂ©cembre, ils me disent non c'est impossible et me demandent d'appeler la compagnie par laquelle j'ai effectuĂ© la rĂ©servation. J'ai contactĂ© la Compagnie en question et la compagnie Ă  son tour Ă  contacter l'hĂŽtel pour expliquer la situation et la rĂ©ponse Ă©tait toujours nĂ©gative. Quelle rigiditĂ©!!! MĂȘme les billets d'avions sont remboursĂ©s ou reprogrammer voyons!! Le service Ă  la clientĂšle ne semble pas ĂȘtre leur prĂ©occupation. C'est vraiment dommage...
