Hotel is not definitely what they advertise. The rooms are very old and they definitely need renovation. The shower top was damaged. The handle was damaged the Wallpaper at some part of the room was peeling off the wall, very disappointed

We really appreciated the location, the site, the staff, the breakfasts were horrible, come on people have a few bagels, some great jams, and fruit, and maybe a protein options....other than that, very great hotel, kudos to the staff, they were awesome

The staff was not very welcoming at all , can’t check in even 20 minutes early. Made me park in the garage a few minutes away , then check in and park so overall parking cost me 70$! Breakfast was stale.

Shower wasn’t working, bed in one of the rooms was broken and uncomfortable told staff they said they will send someone. No one came we slept on a broken bed for the 2 nights. Very unclean rooms holes in the walls very unpleasant stay.

A real shame... This could be so much better. Great transport and access to local shops and restaurants, but let down by poor consideration of facilities. There's a sense of faded (/decimated!) glory; the 'resto-bar' could be a cool restaurant or bar, given the decor but there are no lunch/evening meals served... And there is no bar! The breakfast is the worst I've ever had in hotel in any country... Toast or kids' sugary cereal served on paper plates, with occasional croissants, absolutely no protein or fruit, which somehow still managed to be late to come out! The gym equipment was mostly broken or all out of order, as were the vending machines. Staff were friendly, but given I only asked for one thing over 5 nights (a bottle opener), which they weren't able to supply, they weren't that helpful. Essentially needs a change of management and some vision. I would actually like someone to turn this around.

Pay double for a reputable hotel

The lobby was nice, it was difficult to communicate with the staff. I called before I checked of out my previous hotel where I had late checkout until 4pm. I called and they said that I could check in at 12. The online check in I completed said the room would be ready at 1. At 1245pm the room was not ready. Finally got the room, it was very dated, all carpet except the washroom and lots of flies or fruit flies. I didn’t feel comfortable showering and the tv was old with one channel, parking is 52 additional which is fine but the rest of it was very grim. Also it’s been days and my preauth is still there for damages.
