When you drive into the check in or drop off of your car is when the fragrance hits you. They pump in this scent that’s amazing. It carries into the lobby making you feel calm. The room we had was on the fourth floor. That floor is where the pool is with a see through bottom into the car entry and there’s a warm and cold plunge along with a sauna. The gym is bigger than most with more options than you may see at a normal gym. The hotel is centrally located to old Montreal, maybe 7 minute walk and the metro too. You may find others places less expensive but don’t. It’s worth the money. Plus a bar and restaurant. This hotel connects to other locations. So go explore. One persons opinion you do you.

Stayed with my husband and kids. We all loved this place. Food at the Gazette was incredible and we ate there both nights. The desserts were amazing. I know some people mentioned it being pricey. We found the prices typical of any nice restaurant, nothing over the top. Service was in the hotel and restaurant were both great. Room was clean. One thing I noted was that many of the reviews mentioned a heated pool. The pool is not heated. It’s not freezing, but regular cold pool water. Then there is a hot tub, and a cold plunge both beside the pool. Pool is great otherwise, and was not too busy. The kids actually commented on how clean the pool was, and there were more than enough pool towels for everyone.
