The staff at this fine hotel are outstanding and make the hotel what it is! While the interior and rooms feel a little worn, they are clean and comfortable. We were in town for a catholic weekday Mass at Notre Dame and the convenience of being in walking distance in vieux Montréal was nice! From the valet welcome upon arrival to the front desk quick assistance and ‘smiles’ to the refreshing flavored water cooler, real hot chocolate and friendliness and concern of the staff - we felt special and cared for! They don’t have their own parking, so you’ll need to park at another underground lot down the street and walk over. They offer valet parking ($54 a night), but our vehicle was too large to fit.

Just in need of a Reno, carpeted rooms need to be changed, we both felt stuffed up. Some plugs do not work. Shower faucet was ceased up so just warm water. Staff were very understanding. Housekeeping was good.

While the room was older and a little dated, it was very spacious, clean and well kept. Check in was great and it was unfortunate that the hotel could not work with Expedia for the night I lost due to a flight cancellation.
