This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. From the moment I entered I was in love with the aesthetics! My check in process was easy and smooth just as I like it after a long flight. My room was clean. Staff were wonderful. The amenities were amazing. Also it being downtown it was very close to everything and the metro is right there if you want to use public transportation. Parking was also available by the building. Overall, it was amazing!

It is a nice property, well appointed and in a great location in the city. And one I have stayed in in the past. About 3 yrs ago. Close to the subway. Shopping and dining options. All in walking distance. The only thing I did not like is our room needed a deep clean. It was not up to the level of the Hyatt name. I mentioned it directly to the front desk to note. But they need to do better in the future for me to stay there again. I will give them another chance next visit to Montreal. But if my room was like it was this time. I will not return ever in the future.

Check-in was easy. Staff was nice. AC wouldn’t cool the room well. The hallway was cooler than our room. It was humid. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean but the showers don’t get washed well. There’s pink mold growing in all of the grout lines. If you have menopause don’t stay here. They’ll just offer a fan.
