Check-in was easy. Staff was nice. AC wouldn’t cool the room well. The hallway was cooler than our room. It was humid. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean but the showers don’t get washed well. There’s pink mold growing in all of the grout lines. If you have menopause don’t stay here. They’ll just offer a fan.

Our family had a great stay at Hyatt Place Montreal Downtown! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the kids loved the swimming pool and sauna. The location is perfect for exploring the city. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Great location

Good location in the village and close to a grocery store and restaurants. Great clubs and night life in the area. Security was a rude to some non-traditionally dressed guests, which put me off. Fortunately unlike the staff the guests responded respectfully and politely. All Paying guests deserve respect. Laundry wasn’t working and they did not tell me when I dropped off a bag. Very inconvenient. Room was extremely humid and nothing seemed to help.
