We checked in and found out that there was a height limit for the indoor parking garage which is the only reason why we booked this hotel. The height limit was soooo low so that only sedans could fit in it. So I had to find other parking lot myself and walked all the way back and forth. They should’ve mentioned on hotel information. On top of that, the staff at the reception was like ‘there is nothing I can do, what do you want me to do’. HAHAHA. All the other staff were fantastic and being helpful. The hotel is close to subway station. But there was a lot of homeless people around. Didn’t have their breakfast though so nothing to say.

Room was very clean! The hotel was very quiet even with it being New Year’s Eve. I’m a single mother and was traveling alone with my 12 year old daughter and we felt very safe throughout our whole stay. That’s what matters most to me. All the staff were very nice and accommodating. The beautiful sauna and pool area was the highlight of the stay for me!

Electric vehicles cannot be charged; paid parking is required. The parking spot is on B3, and you have to walk to B2 to access the elevator. The toilet in the room cannot be flushed and keeps running. Suitable for couples or friends, but not suitable for families.
