The hotel was fine, however, the restaurant was NOT. Our food was terrible, we waited far to long for an overpriced burger that CLEARLY was a frozen patty, my husband had 2 bites of it, it was dry and flavorless, my chicken sandwhich was extremely bland, not well executed at all. When we told the waiter he dismissed my husband after he asked if we would like anything else. We did NOT have time to wait for another meal. We were charged fully for such garbage with absolutely no apology. VERY disappointing

A new hotel with everything in excellent condition. Charging a fee for lobby coffee is not a good point. Letting guest waiting outside of lobby for shuttle bus is not a good arrangement especially in winter.

A pleasant, restful stay after long travels.

My stay at the Hyatt was pleasant, which is not always the case for "airport hotels". The property is relatively new, so the rooms and amenities are still in good shape. The guest services staff at the front desk were wonderful, welcoming, and personable. As I booked through Hotels.com, there was some confusion about breakfast being included or not. Also, it would have been great to know through the Hotels.com listing that there was indeed an airport shuttle. The Uber was expensive. The shuttle back in the morning to the airport was on-time and easily accessible. My only complaint was some hairs that were found in the bathroom, which honestly was not a concern. The rest of the property and my room were clean and very comfortable. I would happily stay here again.
