The room was very nice and comfortable especially the bed and bedding. Staff was courteous and attentive. They were easy to check in early and then hold our luggage when we checked out. The pool area was a highlight of our trip, it was 30 degrees out and the heated pool was so enjoyable and had a beautiful view of the city and the river. The convenience of walking to all the shops and restaurants in Old Montreal. We would love staying here again and would recommend to anyone.

Hotel was in a fantastic location—very easy access to the beautiful streets of Montreal as well as access to the metro. Beautiful amenities as well! Really appreciated the rooftop access. Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable which made for a more underwhelming experience.

Room clean great pool great breakfast great. Elevator from 14 floor pool didn’t work. Called front desk who put me on hold and didn’t pick up Took the stairs with my granddaughter and her friend. Sixth floor where are room was was locked. Walked down to the reception floor. Keypad didn’t work. Had to wait for security to let us out of the stairwell. 45 min to get down from the pool all in all.
