Elevators broke down, and could not accommodate people getting to their rooms. Wouldn’t let people take stairs. Also, front desk personnel refused to allow us to use the concierge room to store bags despite being in contract for team travel. Finally allows us to leave luggage and hockey bags after we told her it was in the contract. Was very rude to parents/patrons.
