they gave us 2 cards for the room , one did not work. get in the room and could not find any info for room service. the phone in the room did not work. went to the restaurant (only one open other had closed) to get food and brought it back to the room. food was not great and expensive. kids were playing hockey in the corridors could barely hear the TV had to call 2 times reception to tell them. Parents were partying in the corridors drinking till late. there were teams for a hockey tournament at the hotel. the advertised premiere tv channels were verry few and could not connect to internet. went for breakfast Sunday morning expensive, verry little on the plate and not good. will not go back there again.

I stayed just one night while on a work trip. The room was spotless and well kept. I used the internet and it worked very well. I watched a bit of English TV, there were many channels of both French and English. Only problem I had was not enough plugs near the bed for phone chargers and CPAP devices and alarm clocks. There was a desk for working on that had space for charging devices, just not next to the bed. Also I had to leave before 7 for work but the restaurant only opened at 7am. So I had to grab a bite elsewhere.
