Conveniently located in a busy restaurant district. Hotel was clean with limited parking on site. About 20 minute walk to Old Quebec city so that was really good.

This is a perfect property for attending Montreal FC matches. Easy walk to the stadium, plenty of parking and close enough for food, shopping and the like in the area. The front desk was polite, they spoke english and french which helped, they offered points of interest and answered all our questions. The room was spacious and very comfortable with high qualitylinens and bedding.

Older hotel but well maintained

Great value for the price. It’s an older hotel so things are a bit dated and not as modern. But well maintained and clean. Housekeeping is not daily. But can be requested. Beds and pillows are comfortable. AC works good as well. Main elevators are slow. But since our room is in the back of the building we discovered a 2nd elevator that’s a bit faster. Convenient, especially for couples, that the sink and mirror are outside the shower/toilet. Only thing is that the lights are too dim and location is right above your head. So you can’t really see your face well on the mirror. Also, the door to the toilet/shower is frosted glass. Might not be too comfy for non-couples sharing the room. There’s an IGA a couple blocks away for groceries. But there’s also a mini mart in the lobby along with a restaurant and bar (which we died not get the chance to try). Overall I recommend this hotel for those who want to be in the Hochelaga area.

Never again. This hotel is so run down and dirty. I will never choose to stay here again if I don't have to. Upon arrival I found the bathroom in the lobby to be absolutely disgusting. Our room had a busted up door to the outside that looks like it had been kicked in. There were dirt, crumbs and hair all over. The bathroom sink and tub would not drain. The bed was HARD. Like lay on the ground with a sleeping pad kind of hard. There is zero sound proofing. You heard every person in the hallway and every door slam. Second day, the main elevator broke down. Overpriced. Do not stay here.

The location and complimentary parking are definite advantages. However, the overall condition of the hotel appears to be older than it initially seems in the pictures. The cleanliness is satisfactory, but upon moving furniture, some unexpected issues may be uncovered. Additionally, the shower vent requires attention, as it was in poor condition.

A great hotel to stay near the biodome and especially if you’re staying with a kid! Very kid friendly! Staff is very friendly and helped us a lot in figuring out child-friendly food and transportation. However, it’s quite far away from anything else and there isn’t much around. The hotel is clean but somewhat outdated and the towels/sheets and pillows aren’t the greatest but decent.
