Since we booked a room (two beds, private bathroom) at a very reasonable rate, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of Quarter des Spectacle attractions and was directly beside the Esplanade Tranquille skating rink (winter stay). The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast (as mentioned by others) was toast, cereal, coffee, juice and apples. Still, better than starting the day with an empty stomach. The mattresses were on the firmer side. Since we did not drive, I can only assume that finding parking in this area would be difficult. The rooms did not seem very soundproof, but it should be kept in mind that this is an older building. Both check in and check out were quick and easy. All in all, would definitely stay here again if the price remains reasonable.

Room felt neglected, not super clean and quite run down. The staff were lovely, but the “included breakfast” consisted of cereal and a dirty toaster.. good central location, but quite a few dodgy people hang out near the front - lobby area frequently smelled of urine. Fire alarm went off at 5am one morning due to someone smoking in the stairwell.

Heart of Downtown. Nice and clean. very close to everything. Rare to find such a nice place with affordable price. The only suggestion I have is the color of the towels should be white instead of navy. No elevators for disabled.
