Le service dans l'ensemble était satisfaisant, le personnel très accueillant et souriant. Par contre, dans la chambre certains endroits étaient poussiéreux, pas du tout agréable pour quelqu'un qui souhaite passer une nuit de qualité. Le lit après notre première nuit était mal dressé, la propreté pas bien faite. Je suppose qu'il s'agit d'un cas isolé. Malgré tout, nous y retournerions volontiers.

In general it is an ok hotel. One of the elevators has had issues for years. You just have to push the door close button for it to actually close. I found some stains on my pillow and on the duvet like food or whatever. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said that was too bad. But I did not feel like they were going to rectify the situation. I expect clean sheets and linen when I stay at a hotel. If you need a quick place to stay it is good.

Clean room, friendly staff, will return on next trip to MTL. Only thing, there was freezing rain that was forecasted already but the property was not salted the day before. In the morning everywhere was ice, and I saw a lady fall by the front door and I asked if she was okay and she said no… thats so extremely unsafe. They partially salted the areas near the doors by afternoon.

El Hotel necesita mejor sistema de aire acondicionado y calefacción. Está a 25 minutos aproximadamente de las attracciones de Montreal. Es un hotel grande y cómodo pero necesita mejorar sus amenidades como incluir el desayuno en la tarifa como otros Holiday Inn.

Room had to receive ozone treatment to remove strong odour. But then the room had to be aired as the ozone odour was strong and gave an instantaneous headache. Given the windows do not open, we had to 'wave' the door for 30 minutes... In total we lost about 2 hours of use with no apologies and no compensation. All of this could have been done before we arrived.
