AC was fine, breakfast was 21,98 $ for a stale buffet horrible, the hotel is under renovation I wish you told Me that so I could've chose a different hotel, the front desk at checking was very shady, she gives us just one room until I asked what about the second room and she told Me that it's only four of us and there are two Queen bed's in the room , I had to remind her that I pay for two rooms after that she asked for My card for deposit even though I already paid and I was supposed to be reimbursed when I was checking out but the lady that was there told Me that it will take a few days to get the money back in the account, I am not happy .

Great location

Very happy with this weekend away, had a show at Place Bell, so great location! We walked to the venue and the mall across the street! Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and even though it's not a must have, we were very please with the charging station for electric cars. We'll be back!

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was generally clean and safe. The location was amazing. However during the bookings it said that it had a restaurant and a pool, but in reality the hotel was on renovation and we couldn't use any of them. The management was super greedy, the advertisement was showing that the breakfast was included, but on the first morning we learnt that it was not included. To make it even worse, they asked $3.75 for a cup of coffee saying that you do not have breakfast option with your reservation. It is not a good approach if someone is paying almost $1,000 to your hotel and you refuse to serve them a cup of coffee.
