I have a very nice room, clean, quiet and a nice temperature for sleeping. The shower was easy to use and the bathroom was clean with lots of towels. The staff went out of their way to help me get taxis and were very kind. I like the breakfast buffet and the hostess was such a nice lady. She was there to take away my used dishes and to refill my tea. She is a great asset to the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn and if I am ever in Laval again I will stay there for sure.
