Very friendly staff during check in and check out, also the housekeeping lady was nice. The room was clean. We especially loved the view from the swimming pool room, and the whirlpool was very relaxing. Great location when going to the bell centre, we walked there in under 10 mins. Lots of parking which was nice, love that it’s underground so you don’t have to lug your stuff in from the cold.
