Despite our room being away from the highway, with the window facing the opposite side towards the mall, we were constantly woken up by the Jacob engine breaks of the semis passing by. Around 6am, the cleaning staff started their day VERY LOUDLY, chatting and slamming doors, their office being just across from our room. Not fun. Otherwise, great facilities, very clean, super comfortable bed.

Our room had a problem with the drains in the bath and sink. The water did not drain out during a shower such that the water level rose above the ankle. The bathroom sink with no plug in would have overflowed if we had not shut off the tap. We reported this to the night manager but were not offered another room. We reported this to the front desk the next day and while an apology was offered there was no effort to provide any form of compensation. We found this unacceptable, especially for a property that charges quite a high rate.

Great place to stay on short notice

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and spoke English which was a plus (I don't speak French that well so it helps). Very good breakfast in the morning. Check in and out was very quick and easy. Checked in at 2:30 despite check-in time advertised at 3:00!
