The front desk was able to accomodate our request for early check-in and we were very grateful. The room was very comfortable with blackout drapes which made sleeping easier. If you can, have a meal at the restaurant. We were very pleased with the fresh food served. It was delicious and very fresh. The shuttle to the airport was helpful.

Rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was great , dinner service was a bit slow considering the number of guest present in the dining area, Morning of departure I wanted to purchase something from their self serve canteen area, but wasn’t sure why their POS system wouldn’t work to pay for it, and there wasn’t any one available to ask.

We checked in around 10:00pm on July 1st. There was absolutely no smile to make us feel welcome by the lady at the counter. It was just an unpleasant quick conversation with no customer service at all. We’ve been to many hotels and the way of welcoming guests leave a huge impression everytime. Hotel room lights were oddly placed, you had to turn them on one by one seven times and bathroom did not have close mirror either for the face.
